Orders placed on our site are processed within the deadline5/6 working daysfrom the actual crediting date of the payment for the products available in stock.

For ordered products enotstill available, delivery may exceed the deadline of 5 days.

​

If the order includes products that are available and not available, the shipment will be carried out upon complete availability of the goods.

​

In any case, delivery cannot exceed 30 days from the date of the order (ex art. 6 Legislative Decree 185/1999).

​

In the latter case, the buyer has the right to a refund of the amount already spent.

​The shipment of the products is carried out by couriers:GLS.

A parcel tracking service is active.

​

The courier delivers fromMonday to Friday, both in the morning and in the afternoon.

 

The recipientcannot request delivery on specific days or times.

 

If the recipient is absent, the courier will leave a noticepassing through, by means of a label affixed to the home.

 

Deliveryit will be attempted twice: then, if not, the courier will notify thestockof the goods.

 

Inventory that will be released fromMSG #StayStrong and returned to delivery, unless the Courier has previously notified the customer by telephone.

 

MSGwill not be responsible for any malfunctions in the delivery service by the courier.

In the case of deliveries made to receptions (with signature for collection by the receptionist),MSG not yeswill be held responsible for subsequent non-delivery of the package to the final recipient.

​

Upon delivery of the products, the Customer is required to check:

​

• • that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document;

  • that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered, even in the sealing materials.

​

Any damage to the packaging and/or the product or the mismatch in the number of packages or indications must beimmediately detected, by affixing a specific indication on the delivery document of the product to be returned to the courier.
