How long do I have to return the goods?
You can return the goods purchased within 7 working days from the date of delivery of the package.
Can I exchange a purchased item?
It is not possible to exchange the returned product for another product, but only for the same item in a different size/colour. If you want a different item, please proceed with a new order to receive the desired item and request a refund for the return.
Who is responsible for the return costs?
The transport costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer. The sending of any product requested as a replacement is at our expense.
If I paid cash on delivery, how do you proceed for the refund?
In the case of cash on delivery payment (i.e. cash on delivery) the refund will be made by bank transfer to a bank or postal current account, which you can indicate by filling out the form in the "message" section
What are the repayment times and methods?
From the day we receive the return in our warehouses and carry out the quality control on the garment, we proceed to activate the refund procedure.
The repayment times through the credit card issuer are fast, but do not depend on our will.
